Spire Baltic SIA has been working in real estate business since 1998. Currently most of our business activities are concentrated in Riga, Latvia. Among the clients of our Company, further to well known personalities in Latvia — politicians, business people, representatives of diplomatic corps, business companies and organizations, there are also representative offices of foreign companies.

Our team

SPIRE BALTIC is aware that its success is dependent upon its employees. All of them are professionals each in his / her field and all together they make one effective team. Therefore, the company highly appreciates both the individual input of each employee and the performance of the whole team.

There are 22 employees in the company SPIRE BALTIC SIA; 8 of them are administrative workers, whereas the rest of employees deal directly with property management — cleaning and repairs.
